The Shanti House Tel Aviv

The first Shanti House in Tel Aviv was established in 1984. Our current permanent home is located in Jaffa, near Clock Square. Opened in 2018, it was uniquely designed to create a therapeutic space that radiates vibrant life and family warmth, fostering optimism and positive experiences.

בית השנטי- בית חם לנוער בסיכון

Young people who come to Shanti House have often lived in alienating environments and endured difficult experiences. They deserve a warm, beautiful, colorful home filled with optimism and care. Our spacious house serves as both a therapeutic and informal environment. We offer various activities and workshops including: painting, movement, theater, yoga, body sculpting, and during summer – surfing. The house was built thanks to the generous donation of Mr. and Mrs. Marian and Doron Livnat, and is named in memory of Yitzhak Livnat. We also thank Tel Aviv Mayor Ron Huldai for allocating this dedicated land.

The Circle of Giving – We instill values of giving and helping others in our youth. Our youth volunteer at animal shelters, participate in beach cleanups, and bring joy to hospital patients and elderly residents in nursing homes.
